Samuel Bachar

Samuel Bachar is a skilled outdoorsman and a true adventure seeker spurred on by his love of nature and the thrill of new experiences. As such a person, it was just a matter of time, before he was introduced to scuba diving.
In 1990 Samuel got his Open Water certification, and hasn’t stopped diving since. Water is in his blood as he has been guiding whitewater expeditions around the world and diving for the past 20 years. In addition to his scuba credits he’s a yacht skipper, and has a BS in marine science. In the early 2000’s, Samuel co-founded Wicked Liquid Expeditions (an adventure travel company), to pursue his desire to share his love for nature with others. Through the years, Samuel has organized and led many outdoors-adventure projects, utilizing and perfecting a wide range of leadership and management skills. As he became a family man, Samuel decided to focus all of his attention on scuba diving and ocean conservation, and on scuba divers and people who want to become scuba divers. Most of Samuel’s diving experience, and 100’s of dives, were in the Mediterranean and Red Seas. Samuel’s a new scuba instructor, with 20 years of scuba experience, a true leader and a safety perfectionist who would love to share what he knows, with everyone who’s interested. For those of you that have asked; Samuel is the one on the right feeding his friend "Buttercup" on the Colorado Trail.
